we integrate pre-employment testing and our own competency-focused
interviewing to provide you with sound recommendations as you make your
important hiring decisions. And for leadership roles, SHAPE Consulting has
created the Leadership Potential Forecast, an innovative service for
leadership talent selection.
Our other primary area of practice is
Performance Management & Development.
Organizations can no longer afford to make assumptions about how to improve
performance and accelerate development. We work with organizations to
implement Performance Management & Development initiatives that help
employees become more effective. The systems that we create also provide a
means for communicating expectations and ensuring accountability.

through Leadership Development. We utilize innovative approaches to
